TERMS OF SERVICE
➼ before ordering a commission from me, please acknowledge my speed can be a day to couple months. combined with an abnormal amount of school related work, i struggle with extreme fatigue and am prone to depressive episodes which makes it hard to work and in those cases, sometimes i need to take a month off. DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF THERE IS A DEADLINE. i also am currently still working on being able to reach out consistently with updates so please note that sometimes you will need to talk to me first. i will NEVER be upset about someone asking about progress <3➼ for most cases, payment is due after a rough sketch in full, in instances of a sketch commission, the artwork will be heavily watermarked➼ payment will be through my mom's accounts (-cashapp) due to policies regarding minors being owners of these accounts :D➼ refunds will not be available unless:
1. i am unable to finish a commission
2. negative interaction resulting in cancelation of a commission will result in partial refund if commission has been started➼ if sharing my artwork, credit is required on ANY website, commercial use is not permitted unless my explicit permission is given➼ my work will not be used for AI, NFTs, hate speech/political discourse, etc.➼ if there is something in my tos you're wondering about or i dont cover, please reach out➼ i have the right to refuse ANY commission for ANY reason➼ i do struggle with extremely thin/extremely large body complexities (currently practicing of course) so if you're looking to commission me for that, please be mindful it may not be up to standards/anatomically accurate due to me still learning, i do want to try but of course i want me work to be of quality➼ if you purchase a custom and do break any part of my TOS, i have the right to resell the character, no questions asked.
HOW CAN I USE YOUR ART?
➼ pfp/banners and such are ok with visible credit➼ backgrounds for your pc, phone, etc are ok➼ anything you wish to monetize are ok if you have my permission and you have EASILY visible credit➼ usage of my art for AI (and AI learning), NFTs, reprofit/redistribution on things like clothing, mugs, etc are PROHIBITED
